LLM Metrics is an AI-powered analytics platform that provides comprehensive keyword tracking, search result analysis, and visibility scoring across multiple AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and others.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our service offers both free and paid subscription plans. Payment terms are as follows:

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• Price changes will be communicated with 30 days notice
• Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

7 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We aim for 99.5% uptime but cannot guarantee this level of service.

LLM Metrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.
